There is transformational power in yoga after just one session. This accessible practice meets you where you are and leaves you feeling (and being) better. Individualized sessions with yoga & meditation teacher, athlete, and high performance wellness coach, Jess Ackerman, MS,CCC-SLP, RYT.
All levels- I love raw beginners with proclaimed “zero flexibility” - because yoga is not about flexibility- it is just about showing up and breathing. (More details on flexibility not being a prerequisite here -The WHY.).
Private sessions with Jess can have specialty focus on beginner flow; yoga and meditation targeting stress-reduction, weight management, strength building; advanced sessions with inversions, arm balances in transitions, CrossMat yoga with use of 2 intersecting mats for 360’ fluid practice; chair yoga; yoga & meditation for physical disability; yoga and meditation for pain management, trauma, injury, post-surgery; breath-training for both COPD and related illnesses and for athletic performance. Sessions will be customized to your individual needs.
Private sessions take place virtually, from the safety and convenience of your home, or in a spaced outdoor environment. Please specify choice in the intake form.
