Simple guided breathing and mindful stretching techniques can combat this stress and boost immune system and concentration in just minutes, right from a desk space.

This is a 15-20- minute breathing, meditation, and mindfulness re-set to build into your online meeting at an opportune time, with the objective of cultivating energy, giving a mental and physical reset, and fueling this new home-workstyle for longevity.

    • Desk & Chair Yoga (30– 45 minutes) – This workspace offering is an accessible way to relax tension in the neck, shoulders and back through guided mindful stretching and breath-based relaxation flow, right from a desk.

    • Yoga Flow (30- 45 minutes) – This flow yoga class reduces stress, improves posture, increases strength and flexibility, prevents injury, and leaves you feeling energized and focused.

    • Bootcamp (45 minutes) – All levels Bootcamp is a fun and engaging way to create a team sweat, build muscular and cardiovascular strength, and unwind stress, while focusing on optimizing performance in any industry. No equipment is needed.
